Compact waterproof VHF portable
The IC-M1EuroV is Icom's latest VHF handheld transceiver. Not only is it the world's smallest waterproof marine VHF transceiver, but, it has a wide range of features that includes increased functionality and excellent ergonomic design. Compact and waterproof this is one of the most anticipated products in the market place.

Details: The IC-M1EuroV is submersible and waterproof to 1m for at least 30 minutes, enough to cope with the harsh weather conditions encountered by any of today's mariners. In addition, by including a waterproof microphone/accessory socket, the radio can be used whilst strapped safely to a belt or stowed in a pocket, leaving crewmans hands free to deal with other activities.

The first in its class to use a powerful Lithium Ion battery, the IC-M1V’s 5 watts can carry a conversation a long way. Charging is easy; with Lithium Ion, there’s no need to fully discharge before recharging, as should be done with Ni-Cd's.

The IC-M1Euro V is very easy to user a with its extra large LCD which now includes a ten character, scrolling channel comment which users can program themselves.

A self-standing battery charger comes with the radio. This means you can set the charger on top of a table, or mount it to a wall.

The IC-M1EuroV contains fast scanning functions. TAG scanning offers easy, one touch channel selection and deselecting. Advanced dual and tri watch scanning normally reserved for more expensive radios is also available.

IC-M3 Euro
Entry-level VHF portable
The compact IC-M3E is designed for reliable, simple and safe operation. It features a front panel that has been specifically constructed to provide one handed access to all the main functions. All the controls are large and easy to use with each of which has been carefully designed and positioined to provide the simplest of user interfaces. This combines with the largest, fully illuminated, display in its class, to clearly show the operating channel and status.

Details: The IC-M3 Euro is constructed for reliability in the harsh marine environment. It meets tough US military standards for resistance to shock and vibration and its tough casing is also splash resistant.

The IC-M3E delivers up to 5 watts of RF output power, providing clear communications over the water. For increased flexibility, the standard battery case can also be used with alkaline cells, providing a convenient backup and great assurance in an emergency.
